无隔膜槽中ACF电极成对电解脱色活性艳蓝KN-R

采用恒电流模式,同时以活性炭纤维(ACF)为阳极和阴极,在无隔膜电解槽中研究了不同电流密度下蒽醌染料活性艳蓝KN-R的电化学脱色。结果表明在1.0~1.5mA.cm-2时,电解槽中发生阳极电氧化和阴极电还原同时进行的成对电解脱色。成对电解的发生,可以提高电解槽的工作处理能力。当电流密度为1.1mA.cm-2时,脱色率达到87%。     

强化单螺杆挤出机内层流混合的方法

综述了单螺杆挤出机内聚合物熔体层流混合机理的研究进展，对提高混合的措施进行了分析总结，指出了进一步强化混合效果的方法。     

Morphology of conducting polymeric coatings: quantitative comparison between theory and experiment

The density profile of electrosynthesized polymeric layers on carbon fibers is obtained from gravimetric and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) data. The coating density ρ is found to decrease with increasing radial distance, r, subject to the power law . Based on a modified diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) model, it is shown that lattice Monte Carlo simulation of the coating process predicts the experimentally observed power law exponent.     

在内层胶中提高合成橡胶用量降低含胶率的研究

将内层胶配方中合成橡胶用量由原来的30份提高到40份，通过改变炭黑的品种、添加5份白炭黑等方法降低原生产配方的含胶率。试验结果表明，通过配方调整，试验胶料的工艺性能、物理性能和实际使用性能与原配方生产的内层胶接近。     

毛细管动态挤出下聚合物熔体非线性流变行为的研究

采用毛细管动态流变仪,选用PELD、PP、PS和PA等典型物料,研究了毛细管动态挤出下各聚合物熔体的非线性流变行为。结果表明,不同物料的流变行为对振动力场的响应特性有较大差异,只有在一定的振幅和频率下振动力场才能有效降低熔体的黏度。实验首次发现,PP、PS和PA存在窄的振动参数区域,在此区域内,熔体的动态表观黏度值大于相应的稳态值,出现“加振变黏”现象。这一新的发现表明,并非“只要引入振动就一定有利于聚合物材料的成型加工”,必须考虑不同分子结构的聚合物材料对振动的不同响应规律。     

Graft Copolymerization of Acrylamide onto Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch (OPEFB) Fiber

Grafting of acrylamide (AAm) onto oil palm empty fruits bunch fiber using hydrogen peroxide as initiator and methyl acrylate as comonomer was investigated. The amount of comonomer needed to make grafting of acrylamide possible was determined. The percentage of poly(acrylamide) and the comonomer in the final graft copolymer was estimated by elemental analysis. Results obtained indicated that methyl acrylate facilitated the incorporation of acrylamide monomer onto OPEFB. The reactivity ratios for both monomers were determined by using Fineman–Ross plot. The effects of reaction temperature and period as well as amount of the initiator, solvent, monomer and comonomer on the percentage of grafting at fixed amount of comonomer (11 mmol) were studied. Maximum percentage of grafting was achieved when the amount of initiator and solvent 3.98×10⁻³ mol and 50 mL respectively. The optimum reaction temperature was 50 ^○C and the reaction period was 90 min. Highest percentage of grafting was 232% when 25.6 mmol of acrylamide was used under these optimum conditions. The presence of functional group in the grafted polymer is characterized by infrared spectroscopy and the surface morphology is observed by scanning electron microscopy. Thermoanalytic investigation on OPEFB and OPEFB-g-PAAM were carried out to evaluate the thermal stability and respective activation energy of the materials.     

聚合物多元醇产品质量的影响因素与控制

从内在和外在质量两个方面，简要论述了影响聚合物多元醇(POP)产品质量的因素和控制产品质量的措施。     

Orientation and relaxation in uniaxially-stretched poly(2,6-dimethyl 1,4-phenylene oxide) — atactic polystyrene blends

Infra-red measurements of the dichroic ratio of atactic polystyrene and poly(2,6-dimethyl 1,4-phenylene oxide) absorption bands provide a valuable method for the determination of orientation as well as relaxation of chains of both polymers during stretching of their compatible blends. Influence of strain rate, temperature of stretching, and molecular weight of the polymers on orientation of both polymer chains in blends containing up to 35% PPO has been studied. Orientation relaxation for both polymers has been analysed using Lodge's constitutive equation. Master curves have been obtained for PPO and PS in the blends at a reference temperature T₀ = T_g + 10°C. Results are interpreted in terms of an hindrance of relaxation of PS chains induced by interaction with a highly-oriented PPO network which slowly relaxes.     

聚丙烯腈增强纤维对腻子性能的影响

制备了不同配方的聚丙烯腈纤维增强腻子,参照相应的标准对腻子的抗裂、抗冲击和抗渗性能进行了表征。试验结果表明,纤维的应用有效地改善了腻子的上述性能。纤维在腻子中的临界长度为2mm。此外,纤维增强腻子展现出了更好的施工性能。KNP192聚丙烯腈纤维的最佳添加量为腻子粉质量的0.3%～0.4%。     

中空纤维超滤膜去除乳酸钙中蛋白质的研究

发酵法联合生产乳酸-乳酸钙工艺中,分离出的乳酸钙产品含有蛋白质、还原糖、重金属等杂质,影响产品的品质。本实验研究了中空纤维膜对乳酸钙中蛋白质的去除,并分析了压差、温度、浓度及pH值等因素的影响。得到了较好的工艺操作条件为Δp=0.05MPa,Δ=30g/L,30°C,pH=4。进一步提出用多步超滤能提高蛋白质的去除率15%～27%。
